~ Em-Bare-Assed ~ Haiku ~

Funny, for so long I’ve wanted to have a reason to put the word embarrassed into the above form.

common decency

glue of community life

tossed out the window

he is not alone

others yield to his claptrap

defy dignity

a hoax from the start

mantle of morality

dissembles daily

values abandoned

beyond the pale of reason

leaders line pockets

degrade our nation

push aside jostle shout thrust

screwball all the way

A witty take on embarrassed 🙂 I couldn’t agree more with your haiku commentary.
