~ Harvest ~ Weekly Photo Challenge ~ Connected ~

As a kid, surrounded by fruit orchards in Wenatchee, then living on a farm in Pullman during my high school years, I have always felt connected to the rhythm of rural living.

Walking along the dirt roads at BiZi Farms, felt like home — the sounds of a light wind rustling corn stalks, the smell of damp earth and dusty trails, the sight of vast fields, farm animals and abandoned equipment rusting in place — all dear to my heart and soul.
