~ Carolyn’s Tiny Roses ~ In A Vase On Monday ~

My dear neighbor, Carolyn has a lovely bed of mini-roses. As a thank you for a neighborhood party I hosted on Saturday, she brought me this sweet posy.

Those teeny tiny roses are indeed gorgeous, and a posy of them must be unbelievably lovely. Thanks for sharing them

I love those small ‘button hole’ blooms. Your roses are cute.

Lovely! I keep planning to buy some miniature rose shrubs for my garden. I know of a Sonoran Desert gardener/blogger who’s had terrific success with them in her climate so perhaps they’d be happy in mine as well.

Carolyn has individual drip sprinklers set up for this bed. Though they have a lot of direct morning sun, much of the afternoon they are in filtered light to shade. It’s worth choosing two or three that the Sonoran gardener has to see if they will thrive!
