When we first took tours through the available units at The Breakers, on first sight I knew this was the one I wanted. Furnishings, wall colors, flooring, window treatments and linens could all be upgraded and changed. The essential attraction for me was this view.
We both enjoy the layout too; a spacious living/dining area,
and a bedroom with another lovely big window.
Though the view from the kitchen window isn’t great, these little cafe curtains create a cheerful “good morning” feel.
The kitchen is large, well equipped, and easy to work in.
This week we had a Dungeness Crab salad made with fresh that day crab from a local market, and Quail eggs from a nearby farm. Though time consuming to pick, this crab is worth the effort!
If you are a regular visitor to my blog, you have seen many shots of the beautiful nature views from the picture window and attached deck. Sunset shots are among my favorites.
After sundown, dinner and wine, a nap by the fireplace and maybe a movie, helps us all settle in for the night.
Wishing everyone safe harbor as we navigate uncharted waters.
The most important Pic last 👍😊
Oh, of course! She votes four paws up to stay here as long as we can!!!
So beautiful and comfortable. I can see why you chose this condo. I love the large windows and the view. Thank you for the grand tour!
Thanks, Amy. This is the first time we’ve stayed here every day for two months and soon three months. The longer I stay the more I love it here!
I want to come and live with you. I’ll sleep with Jello. 🙂
Thanks, Jill – and Jello loves to snuggle!
Beautiful. Clean, well-lighted, comfortable. Looks like home! With Jello, right?!
Jello votes four paws up, in favor of staying as long as we possibly can!!!
Ah – a room with a view – beautiful. And light, much light, many windows and a cosy fireplace. And Jello ♥ I could easily live there, Lindy. Stay well.
Thank you, Leya (do you prefer Anne Christine?). We will be here for another month, the first time staying in the community every day for three months. The longer I stay, the more I love it!
Wonderful, Lindy. And Leya is shorter😉
You’ve got a lovely home. And I love how that dog found a very comfortable, warm Place.
