Walking With Eagles is a collection of original poems and photographs by Lindy Low Le Coq. A lifelong naturalist, amateur photographer and bird enthusiast, Lindy’s verse, composition and photographs open a window into the essence of her subjects. Her poems and photography reflect the rich natural wonders of the Pacific Northwest.
Bald Eagles mature over the course of five years. Walking With Eagles invites the reader to take a poetic and visual tour of this odyssey.

Turned into quite a lot of snow and will be with us until Friday or Saturday!
Wow! 🙏we have cold rain here – but should leave this weekend as well
A wee sprinkle of snow adds a magic touch 😃
Yes, it does. Thank you for stopping by!
I no longer live where we get snow and I don’t really miss it, except I do miss the photos! Sometimes right after a snowfall the whole world looks magical.
Thank you, and that is so true. Today we have 5-8 inches, the temperature will not get above freezing, and there is a pretty stiff wind!
Stay warm. It was 69 degrees when I went out for the dog’s walk and now only about an hour later it is already 73!
I hope it doesn’t ruin your beautiful blooms. It was close to 80 here yesterday, and today it won’t get above 55. Welcome to the roller coaster of Central Texas weather!
Today, 3/2 the blossoms are lifting their heads and doing fine!
