This week’s photo challenge is from Michelle W. “Rejoice! It’s the end of the week, and time for a celebratory photo challenge…Let’s all end this week on a high note, with images that say jubilant.”
There are many times in my life I have felt jubilant, most recently last summer when I had cataract surgery on both eyes. A lifetime of severe myopia that required wearing contact lenses or glasses, was reversed over a two week period. To be able to open my eyes and SEE is still cause for rejoicing! (This is the one and only time I’ve taken a selfie!!)

Good for you! 🙂
(I take Lutein with Zeaxanthin supplements regularly; they can help with preventing macular degeneration when you are elderly.)
I’ll have to look into it!
Congratulations! You definitely have something to rejoice about. 💐
Yes, indeed I do! Thanks for dropping in and commenting.

I had the same surgery…now can SEE! no glasses. it’s wonderful. We are blessed, are we not!
Modern miracle — indeed, what a blessing!
I’m not a selfie-taker either. You are definitely looking jubilant in this one. That’s definitely worth a selfie.
Thanks for dropping in and commenting, Cherrie!
