This is gorgeous! Did you hike out to the lake?
Hello Mercae, and thank you for visiting my site!
Odell Lake is at the summit of Willamette Pass in the Oregon Cascade Range, is accessible by car on Oregon Hiway 58, and has several nice camping facilities to stay at.
Though I haven’t hiked the trails around Odell Lake, people who have tell me it is spectacular — and their pictures say so too! If you’re interested, there’s a trail-head marker to the Pacific Rim on the west side of the summit. All I can say is the place is beautiful from every altitude!
Thank you for the tip! I appreciate it! I’m saving it to my list 🙂
Calm and peaceful…..a welcome change from the busy world.
That it is, David!
Breathtakingly beautiful! 🙂
Thank you, Tom. I love to take lots of shots with my Iphone then look at them on my computer later on. When I catch something this stunning it feels really good!
A very gorgeous photo!
Thank you, Christel!
