Hydrangea are at the height of their beauty right now with dazzling blues and soft pinks in abundant mop-head displays. These I planted long before I kept records on varieties!
Also coming on strong are the butterfly attracting blossoms of Coneflower Echinacea purpurea ‘Magnus’, Monarda ‘Prairie Night’ and Prairie Mallow Sidalcea hybrid ‘Brilliant’ (which started out red and has shaded to lavender over the years).
Two posy’s = two vases — both from Orcas Island Pottery.

Thank you — it’s one of my favorites!
Gosh, what sugar almond colours your blooms are – makes a delightful combination! Thanks for sharing Lindy 🙂
Thank you — so glad to be back!
I live your vases, very lovely.
Always a pleasure to see your lovelies, Lindy. I agree that the pinkish violet vase is splendid for the floral arrangement. ❤
Thank you, Olga. I’m doing my best to get back in the swing of posting!
