It’s downpour time here in the Pacific Northwest, at the same time my two mature flowering plum trees are in glorious full bloom. Though the light is not the best, I know this is my last chance to get photos of them before upcoming storms strip them clean.

















Those plum trees pose so perfectly💜so pretty! They add a beautiful touch to the season.
They do, and then they fly away! But the dark burgundy leaves stay with us until late fall.
I miss the plum trees that grew in WA. Not as big as your beauties, but climbing into them when they were in full bloom was quite sight!
Such beauties, Lindy. In my community, it’s crab apple trees that put on a spectacular display each spring.
Oh, I love crabapples! My grandmother could make the best crabapple butter in the world — won a blue ribbon at the county fair!
