~ Frame-Up ~ Cee’s Odd Ball + WPC – Frame 2 ~


Another thing Vic Moore taught me, was to keep an eye out for the absurd: things, items, places, situations — find the fun and the lesson in what is everywhere around us — revel with the odd balls of life!

As I walked through Newport, Washington USA, this building slowed my pace. I wondered what the original purpose had been —  what other enterprises had occupied this structure — how did it end up like this?

Thanks to Cee Nunner, those of us with a bit of whimsy (and in this case curiosity) have a place to show our odd ball work!
